One 6 ft. table provided  -  Exhibitor will provide table cover and extension cord if needed

Check in for table assignments at the Washington Meeting House, Old Main St., Washington between  
 
8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m..  SET-UPS TO BE COMPLETED BY 9:30 a.m.  
 
JUDGING WILL BEGIN AT 9:30 a.m. and proceed in order listed above.  
NO EXHIBITS TO BE DISMANTLED BEFORE 5:00 p.m.   

INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY LIES WITH EACH EXHIBITOR.  The exhibitor agrees that he/she will  save Washington and shopkeepers harmless and free from all damages by reason of liability occasioned by any act or omission, neglect or wrong doing of the exhibitor.  Exhibitor will at his/her own expense defend 
and protect the Shopkeepers and Maysville against any and all such claims and demands.  The exhibitor also agrees that the above named will not be held responsible for fire, accidents, theft, breakage or any other accident incurred by the exhibitor at any time caused negligently or willfully and the above named are released from liabilities and responsibilities.  This includes set-up and dismantling.  Exhibitor signifies agreement to the above by placing name on  bottom of form.
